Included with your yearly service:
Once a month check of the interior and exterior of the property during the off-season (Nov.1-April 1) and property checks during the season as requested by owner (once a month n/c, additional fee for more).
Perform minor clean-up, put trash out if requested.
Coordinate all repairs in a timely fashion (always with owner approval). Almost all repairs are able to be done in-house, but licensed subcontractors will be used when necessary. Any work that exceeds ˝ hour labor, (included in yearly fee), will be billed at $45.00 per hour, (+ 7% sales tax), plus any materials. Estimates are available upon request.
